Bibi Gaytan is a Mexican singer and actress. She is best known for starring in such telenovelas as Dos mujeres, un camino, Alcanzar una estrella II, Baila conmigo, and Camila. Born Silvia Gaytán Barragán on January 27, 1972 in Tapachula, Chiapas, Mexico, to parents Silvia Barragán and Daniel Gaytan, she has four brothers Chacho, Alejandro, Daniel “Mano”, and Ruy Rodrigo. Gaytan started her career in 1989 joining the musical group Timbiriche. She was also part of the music group Muñecos De Papel. She is married to actor/singer Eduardo Capetillo, with whom she has five children.
