Hope Amelia Solo is an American soccer goalkeeper and a two-time Olympic gold medalist who was born in Richland, Washington. She is the daughter of Jeffrey Solo, an Italian-American Vietnam War veteran, and Judy Lynn. She is Leo and was raised by her mother after her parents was divorced but claimed maintain good relationship with her father. She was educated at Richland High School, where she shows his brilliant skill in soccer. Solo latter continued her study to the University of Washington.

Hope Solo Career
Solo started her professional career by playing for collegiate level for the University of Washington. She then continued her career by playing soccer for the Philadelphia Charge in the Women’s United Soccer Association (WUSA). She thenn also traveled around Europe to playing soccer there. Solo then played in the Women’s Professional Soccer (WPS) for Saint Louis Athletica, Atlanta Beat and magicJack for 2009 to 2011 season. In 2012, Solo was appointed to playing football for the Seattle Sounders in the W-League.Currently, sh is the goalkeeper for the Seattle Reign FC in the National Women’s Soccer League. For the international carer, Solo began her goalkeeper career by played at Seattle Reign FC in the National Women’s Soccer League, represent USA. She was also named as one of the top goalkeepers in the world. She help USA won gold medals at the 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics.She also able to help her country defeated Brazil in e 2011 FIFA Women’s World Cup. Beside known as soccer player, Solo also has been appeared in Dancing with the Stars. She also being a cover for several magazines including the “Body Issue” of ESPN The Magazine.
