Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta or better known with stage name Lady Gaga is the daughter of Joseph Anthony “Joe” Germanotta, Jr. and Cynthia Louise “Cindy” Bissett. She was born in New York City t and has one sibling. She as educated on the Convent of the Sacred Heart, on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. She then continued her study to New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts but latter dropped out due she is pursuing her career as the singer.

She is started hr career by making a small band that was covered some songs like Led Zeppelin’s “D’yer Mak’er”. She then spotted by scout and brought her demo to f A&R at Def Jam Recordings. Lady Gaga then signed with the record label in September 2006. Fells her career not to bright, she then moved to Interscope Records. She then released her first album entitled The Fame with lead single “Just Dance”, on August 19, 2008. The album and song become her breakthrough and it was earned her first Grammy Award nomination (for Best Dance Recording). Her second single “Poker Face” was commercially success and sold more than 9.8 million copies worldwide.
Another single from the album like “Paparazzi” , “Bad Romance” and “Telephone”, which features Beyoncé were received positive acclaim and commercially success too. She then released her second album entitled Born This Way, on May 23, 2011 which sold more than 1.108 million copies in its first week in the US. Its singles including “Born This Way”, “Judas”, and “The Edge of Glory”, received mostly positive review too.
Lady Gaga then continued her success by released third studio album Artpop, that was released on November 11, 2013 in the United States. The singles like “Applause” and “Do What U Want” wre received positive acclaim too. She also appeared in the film Machete Kills as La Chameleó and she was nominated for Golden Raspberry nomination for Worst Supporting Actress.
