Lead vocalist and pianist for the heavy metal band In This Moment, who released their debut album, Beautiful Tragedy, in 2007. Their third album debuted at #40 on the Billboard 200 while their fourth album, Blood, debuted at #15.
She and guitarist Chris Howorth formed the band in 2005 under the name Dying Star. They switched the name to In This Moment after they were unhappy with their musical direction.
She performed with In This Moment on the live album Blood at the Orpheum, an album released in January of 2014.
