Meghan Trainor is n American singer, songwriter, and producer. She was born in Nantucket, Massachusetts, the daughter of Kelli (Jekanowski) and Gary Trainor. She is Sagittarius and was raised in the middle of musical family. She already write her own song since age 11 so that she could compose her own songs. The family then moved to Hyannis, Massachusetts, and there she attended Nauset Regional High School in nearby North Eastham.

At 17, Trainor attended the Durango Songwriter’s Expo and Big Al Anderson of NRBQ introduced to Carla Wallace of Big Yellow Dog Music.
