She was attended Marymount High School in Los Angeles and latter continued her studied to University of California, Los Angeles and graduated with BA in social anthropology.

She then becoming host and chef for Everyday Italian and also hosting Behind the Bash in October 2006. She also joining reality show Iron Chef America, altogether with Bobby Flay but latter defeated by Rachael Ray and Mario Batali.Latter she returning to be a host for several program like Giada in Paradise and The Next Food Network Star (as a judge).
